TO LEAD SEARCH FOR E.V.P.


Pasadena, CA (February 16, 2001) – Visa U.S.A. announced today the selection of TRRG, Inc., one of the country's leading executive search firms specializing in communications, marketing and investor relations search assignments, to lead the search for an Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations, in their San Francisco headquarter office.

The selected professional will report directly to the President of Visa U.S.A. and will encounter significant interface with board members and other members of senior management, particularly in legal, product, marketing, and human resources departments. The key initiative as Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations, will focus on leading a world-class corporate relations department on a strategic, proactive basis, in developing and managing Visa U.S.A.'s corporate communications program, in support of its ongoing business initiatives and corporate culture.

With 15 years of executive search and industry experience in mid- to senior levels, Ms. Smooch S.
